Data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily send us through the quote request form:

• Required: full name, email address, service of interest and project description.
• Optional: business name, phone number, type of business, estimated budget and approximate start date.

Like any web server, our hosting provider logs technical data for each visit (for example, IP address, browser and date) for security purposes. The IP address is also used temporarily to limit abusive form submissions.

How we use your data

• To respond to your request and prepare a personalized quote.
• To communicate with you about your project.
• To protect the site against spam and abuse.

We do not use form data to send you advertising.

How the form is processed

When you submit the form, the information is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS) and delivered to our email inbox. We may also receive an internal notification of new requests through a messaging service. The estimated budget is optional, is never published and is not required to contact us.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use its own cookies or any analytics or advertising tools, and it does not load third-party resources to display its pages.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent personal data. Form data only passes through the providers needed to run the site and receive your request (hosting and email).

Retention

We keep requests for as long as needed to handle them and follow up on the business relationship. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

1. Who we are

LJ PowerNext Solutions ("we") develops and operates custom digital systems, including the DrivingPR (drivingpr.com / app.drivingpr.com) and AgéndaloPR (agendalopr.com) platforms. This policy applies to all of our products and sites, unless a product has its own published policy.

2. Data we collect

• Contact data: name, email address, phone number.
• Platform usage data (appointments, bookings, messages sent and received, and account metadata).
• Payment data processed by our payment provider (Stripe).

3. SMS communications (text messages)

When a user provides their phone number through DrivingPR or AgéndaloPR to complete a registration or an appointment booking, and the corresponding business/service has SMS enabled, we may send them transactional text messages directly related to that action: appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling and cancellations.

• We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.
• Message frequency varies with your account or appointment activity.
• Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to the message you received, or request help by replying HELP.
• To send these messages we use a messaging provider (Twilio Inc.) that acts as a data processor on our behalf. The provider only receives the phone number and message content required for delivery — it does not sell or use this data for its own marketing purposes.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties. We only share data with service providers needed to operate the platform (for example: hosting, database, payment processing and SMS delivery), and only to the extent needed to provide the service.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw your consent to receive SMS at any time, by writing to info@ljpowernext.com.
